Sharper Management, is a Minnesota Corporation (the "Corporation").  The www.sharpermanagement.com website (the "Site") is a service of the Corporation.  This PRIVACY POLICY applies to information that we collect from the users of the Site.

We reserve the right to revise this privacy policy at any time.  It is the responsibility of the user to review this policy before use.  The most current version of the privacy policy can be viewed at any time by clicking on the "Privacy Policy" link, posted on the Site.  Continued use of the Site, upon further revisions of the Site or of the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement to any such revisions.


What do we collect from this Site?
Certain statistics are recorded every time you use this Site.  This may or may not include your IP address, your computer, and the web browser you used to access the Site.  Each time you visit the Site, our server will, where possible, collect your IP address.  Specifically, the IP address is a number assigned to your computer when it connects with the internet.  Our Site will also, where possible, use cookies and web beacons.  Cookies, which comprise a small amount of information, will be stored on your computer hard drive.  Cookies allow for web tracking, preferences and online patterns.  Cookies do not allow our Site to gain information that you have not entered or disclosed.  Web Beacons are GIF files are images that are placed in newsletters, on web pages, and emails.  Web Beacons work with Cookies to keep statistics.  For example, specific pages visited or specific pages displayed can be tracked by Cookies and Web Beacons.

Our Site allows us to collect personal information as well.  For example, when you register with our site, we will ask you for your name, a contact number, email address, and other information.  We can collect this information when you register or when you update your information.

How is the collected information disclosed?
The Corporation does not sell, share, disclose, or in any way disseminate information that has been entered into the Site.  No third party, not associated with the Corporation, has access to the information.

We may on occasion disclose information to the third parties who provide services to us.  For example, the host of the Site is privy to this information.  Other service providers such as our user information processor and storer, the sender of our newsletters and our marketing communications may all have access to this information.  In no circumstance do we authorize any of said third parties to use the information for any other purpose.

What do we do with the information we collect?
Our main goal is to improve the site, the content, and the design.  We need to evaluate the "hits" and optimize our Site for user friendliness.  Our goal is to disseminate as much information as possible.

Personally identifiable information is used for the purposes for which it has been provided.  When you register for the Site, we will use the information entered to establish your account.  We may send you information about properties, contact you regarding property, send informational emails or newsletters, provide answers to questions, and use the information for all similar matters.  

We have physical and electronic safety procedures in place to protect your information.  We recognize that the use of the internet is not 100% secure and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of such information.

This site is intended for the public, however we do not collect information from users who are under the age or eighteen.

Can you access your information?
You can access, change, and update your information.  However, you must first register to establish an account.

You do not have to provide personal information to us, but that will prohibit you from entering certain areas of the Site (e.g. Listings).  Browser can be altered to reject pop-ups and cookies but the rejection of such functions may prohibit the use of some our Site features.

Are there links to other web sites?
Yes.  Third Party web sites will have a Privacy Policy different from ours.
